Hentai Game Review – Desire

Hentai games take the player into a world of fantasy – of their own making, aided with story lines, visual effects, and interplay of sex and adventure. The game Desire is one such hentai game that allows the player to interact with the story as it unfolds on a remote island. The story as such is fictional and a typical movie theme – military weapons and journalists trying to expose the game.

Desire is the name of a research institute built on a remote island by a financial group. The outward appearance is that of a military research institute, but rumors circulate about hidden activities.

To find out the truth and expose the culprits, a young journalist is sent by a socially involved newsgroup. He is granted access to visit Desire. This is when the real action begins. All kinds of events take place – murder, bomb threats, etc.

The hentai aspect enters with a girl at Desire who suffers from memory loss, and is involved with the young journalist. Meanwhile, a research team member gets an inkling of the hidden activities and tries to persuade others to put an end to these. He also gets to know about outside attempts to stop the hidden agenda.

The game is basically adventure related with sex scenarios. The interesting part of Desire is that after finishing the game, one can reload and play the same story from the point of view of another character. The storyline is conveyed through text. Animations are anime style.
